At Marvy Uchida, we stand behind the quality of our creative tools; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all markers or craft supplies are secured to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable postage to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
